Bosworth sudent awarded 2011 CIFE prize
Bosworth student Erika Kemi was awarded the 2011 CIFE GCSE Award in a ceremony at the House of Lords this March. Erika achieved A* grades in all of her eight GCSE subjects, including full marks in both Physics and Chemistry, in one academic year. She achieved marks of 180/200 in English Literature and 359/360 in French. This latter exam required her to translate from her second language to her fourth – her first language is Japanese but she also speaks fluent Italian.
In addition to her academic talent, words her teachers have used to describe Erika include dedicated, modest and popular.
