Introduction
Cambridge Tutors College is widely regarded as one of the UK's leading A-level colleges. It is an international centre of academic excellence with students from 25 different countries. Our students are prepared for entry into prestigious UK universities such as Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial, King's, LSE, UCL, Warwick etc. Also, a significant percentage of our graduates enter UK medical schools.
Location
Situated on a green and tranquil parkside campus in the London Borough of Croydon, the College offers an environment conducive to serious study, but is within 30 minutes of the bustle and excitement of Central London
Examination Results
The College is justly proud of its long and distinguished record of success In the UK's university entry examinations (A-levels). In the 2009 A-level exams, the College achieved an overall pass rate of 99%, with no fewer than 65% of entries graded A and 82% graded A/B. Individual successes in 2009 were remarkable, too. 11 students won places at Oxford & Cambridge universities, half of all examinees gained 3 or 4 A grades, 11 candidates gained Advanced Extension Distinctions awards (4) or Merit awards (7).
Anniversary Scholarships
In 2008-2009 we celebrated the 50th anniversary of the founding of Cambridge Tutors in Warlingham, Surrey. To mark this very special event, the College awarded 6 full-fee scholarships by competition to the following international students:-

Homestay Programme
Our homestay programme has operated successfully for many years using selected local families. High quality accommodation is arranged, taking account of student preferences. All homestays are carefully checked. Students are housed in individual rooms and meals are provided. The accommodation officer works with the welfare officers to ensure high standards of care
Admissions
Students wishing to apply to Cambridge Tutors College for entry to our A-level courses (starting in September or January) should have a minimum of 5 A/B grades in academic subjects at iGCSE/GCSE/O-level or the equivalent in their own secondary school certification system. In addition, we require an IELTS score of minimum 5.5 (for science subjects) or 6.0 (for essay-based subjects)
